2008 Harley-Davidson FLHX - Street Glide, 2008 Harley-Davidson Street Glide A custom for the long haul, the FLHX Street Glide offers the comfort and function of a dresser with stripped-down styling. Lowered rear suspension, a smoked mini-wind deflector, and Tri-line LED lighting at the bottom of the rear fender gives the Street Glide a low, lean profile. A traditional bat wing fairing holds a 40-watt Advanced Audio System by Harman/Kardon, while a new, shorter antenna streamlines the look.

Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’

King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here. Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season
Wed, 04 Dec 2013More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
