Like every Touring model, the Ultra Classic gets the most out of a new longer-ranging six-gallon tank, with added miles of comfort in the seat plus new Brembo brakes and our optional anti-lock (ABS) technology. Choose the Anniversary Ultra Classic and ABS comes standard. The Touring ride is smoother than ever for 2008, thanks to a new rear Isolated Drive System (IDS). It improves ride quality by reducing drive line noise. Ultra Classic riders get even more comfort with a full fairing and vented lowers, plus new fairing-mounted adjustable wind deflectors. There is a King Tour Pak and GTX-nylon saddlebags. Cruise control. Harman/Kardon Advanced Audio System and CB/Intercom. 2015 Harley-Davidson CVO Lineup Revealed
Tue, 26 Aug 2014Harley-Davidson revealed its four-model Custom Vehicle Operations lineup for 2015, adding new CVO versions of the Road Glide Ultra and Street Glide to go with the returning CVO Softail Deluxe and CVO Limited. Donation of Photos and Memorabilia to Harley-Davidson Museum Reveal Glimpse of Early Days at Harley
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Harley-Davidson Museum today posted on its Facebook page a selection of photos it received as part of collection of images and memorabilia donated by a former Harley employee. According to the Facebook post former H-D employee Bob Jameson donated “ two scrapbooks, numerous photographs, news clippings and other company related materials” for the museum’s collection. Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.
Stolen Harley-Davidson Returned 17 Years Later [video]
Thu, 17 Dec 2009Stolen from his apartment in West L.A. 17 years ago, Warren Huff, thought his Harley-Davidson was gone forever. The bike was found in Valencia after a man brought the motorcycle in for inspection. The bike was stock originally but Huff gets the customized Harley back as is. Hit the jump to see the news clip.
