Harley-Davidson Other description
2005 Harley-Davidson Road Glide FLTR, Calling the Road Glide model just another touring bike is like calling Mount Rushmore just another piece of rock. One look at the profile tells you this one s different. Beginning up front with the frame-mounted shark-nose fairing with cockpit-style instrumentation, twin headlights and a swept-back windshield. The styling is aerodynamic there s nothing sleeker on the road. Moving back, there are broad-stripe graphics, a flowing seat, angled bags and slash-cut mufflers. It all gives new meaning to the word streamlined. You also get cruise control and 40-watts-per-channel, 4-speaker AM/FM/CD sound. But the best tunes come from the silver and chrome Twin Cam 88 powertrain. Twist the throttle and you ll see there s no other touring bike and no other feeling like this on earth.

2015 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler Revealed
Tue, 26 Aug 2014It’s no surprise, as we’ve already seen the spy photos and California Air Resources Board documents, but Harley-Davidson has officially introduced its new Freewheeler trike, adding a second three-wheeled model to go with the Tri Glide Ultra Classic. Whereas the Tri Glide is designed for touring needs, the Freewheeler is more of a cruiser with 12-inch mini-ape-hanger handlebars and bobtail fenders. Up front is a seven-piece nacelle with a dual halogen lamp mounted tight to the 49mm telescopic fork and frame.
