2005 Harley-Davidson FXDWG/FXDWGI Dyna Wide Glide, 2005 Harley Davidson Wide Glide - This Wide Glide has a touring seat, large passenger back rest and luggage rack, and c-bars with highway pegs. Bike is very clean and was well cared for. Close your eyes and think of a rebel Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Odds are good this one instantly comes to mind. The Dyna Wide Glide. It’s pure custom, through and through. The factory ape hangers are a throwback to the tricked-out choppers of the ’70s. Grab hold and the road to Nowheresville calls your name. You’ll ride laid back on a custom stepped seat, boots stretched out to the forward foot controls. Chromed sissy bar and backrest. There’s a new Profile Laced wheel option. You also get staggered shorty duals, a stretched tank with flames and 3-D Bar and Shield emblem, plus a restyled console. All would be for naught without the right rumble. New Screamin’ Eagle Drag Racing Championship Series for 2013
Mon, 06 Aug 2012The NHRA today announced the formation of the Screamin’ Eagle Championship Motorcycle Series for 2013. The new series will feature five classes: Top Fuel, Pro Gas, Draggin’ Bagger, Street Pro and Hot Street. The 10-race series will compete at divisional events as part of the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, in addition to the Sportsman ET Motorcycle class that currently competes at various NHRA divisional events.
Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’
Tue, 21 Sep 2010Stephen King will be making a guest appearance on the hit TV show, Sons of Anarchy, later tonight. King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here. India Raises Import Duty on Motorcycles to 75%

The news will impact several major manufacturers hoping to gain a stake in the world’s second largest motorcycle market. India has become the hotspot for manufacturers but one of the biggest obstacles they face is the duty India levies on luxury goods.
