It started by stroking out an Electra Glide Classic with 103 cubic inches of Twin Cam goodness to make the miles even more thrilling. All that extra power takes to the pavement in style. Check out this set of ThunderStar custom wheels. The list of goodies is as long as the road that lies ahead. Anything that's not decked in chrome, including the new vented lowers, gets custom paint that makes the scenery stand in line to take your breath away. This is a limited production, so you'll be lucky to catch a glimpse of one before it tears out of town. Unless, of course, you're the one lucky enough to be in the saddle.

Mon, 02 Feb 2009While at the time, most of the attention was on President Barack Obama, motorcycle enthusiasts would have surely noticed the one-of-a-kind 2009 Harley-Davidson Police concept Tri-Glide Ultra Classic which led the inauguration parade to the White House on January 20th. Lieutenant Scott Fear, Commander of the U.S. Park Police Motor Unit, led a dozen side car-equipped Electra Glides in a formation riding the heavily modified Trike, which was sourced by Harley-Davidson of Frederick.
New 2012 Harley-Davidson Models Named in CARB Documents
Mon, 20 Jun 2011Documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal two new models from Harley-Davidson’s 2012 lineup: a 10th anniversary edition V-Rod and a new member of the Dyna family. The CARB documents list motorcycles that have received approval for the state of California. The Motor Company has received approval for several 2012 models including the 2012 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special Anniversary and the 2012 Harley-Davidson Switchback.

Begun in 2008 by the Harley Owners Group as Million Mile Monday and renamed and enlarged in 2012 toHarley-Davidson World Ride, this event simply asks all “friends of Milwaukee” to get on their hogs and ride on June 22–23.
