Harley-Davidson Other description

2005 Harley-Davidson FLHR/FLHRI Road King, Buy with confidence from Tampa Bay's oldest powersports dealer! - As anyone who loves logging miles will tell you, the Road King motorcycle is one roadworthy piece of machinery. Check out the bold, strong profile. Full fenders. Large chrome headlight and nacelle. Two-piece throne. And the always ready Twin Cam 88 engine residing in the center. The wrinkle black and chrome V-Twin comes in your choice of carb or EFI. We isolation-mounted it so you can ride for miles on end. And there’s an air-adjustable suspension and refined chassis so each and every mile is pure joy. The fresh new tank graphic is fit for a king. We also gave this royal ride some practical features like a detachable windshield and weather-resistant, lockable saddlebags. There’s no denying Road King has earned the road’s respect. Only question left is, Which roads are worthy of the Road King?

Harley-Davidson Reveals Project Livewire

Thu, 19 Jun 2014

Yesterday we published a scoop on what we believed to be a production electric motorcycle by, of all companies, Harley-Davidson, dubbed “Livewire.” Today, H-D officially announced Project LiveWire as the company’s first electric motorcycle. However, it appears as though our speculation about LiveWire going into production was a bit off base. Instead, The Motor Company is continuing with its customer-led product development approach and letting riders decide whether or not LiveWire sees the light of day. Starting next week select consumers across the country will be able to ride and provide feedback on the bike, helping to shape the future of Harley-Davidson’s first-ever electric motorcycle. While not for sale, Project LiveWire is specifically designed for the purpose of getting insight into rider expectations of an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

EICMA 2013: Harley-Davidson Revolution X 750 & 500

Mon, 04 Nov 2013

The Street 750 and Street 500 from Harley-Davidson represent the first all-new platform from Harley-Davidson in 13 years. Built for urban environments, the Street series machines fall under the Dark Custom design and are intended for young, urban riders. The two motorcycles feature the new liquid-cooled Revolution X engine, a narrow, agile chassis with a low seat height (26.3 inches), new suspension, a wide handlebar and minimalist styling. Not all markets will get both engine sizes, but the U.S.

Japanese Bike Shop Giving Away Harley-Davidson with Life-Sized Anime Character

Mon, 15 Apr 2013

Japanese shop Bike-O is holding a draw with a rather unique grand prize: a used 2008 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a life-sized figure of anime character Fujiko Mine from the long-running anime and manga series “Lupin III“. We’re not sure whether the motorcycle or the statue is supposed to be the bigger prize here, to be honest. Obviously, we’d rather have an actual road-worthy Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a custom “champagne pink” paint job.
