Bob Probert’s Last Ride [video]

The former NHL Detroit Red Wing and Chicago Blackhawks tough guy, Bob Probert, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2010 after suffering chest pains while boating with his family.  Probert was arguably the all time greatest NHL fighter but also had great skills, leadership qualities and a big heart. He was taken to his final destination on a Harley-Davidson sidecar before about 1,000 mourners.  Probert was 45 years old on his passing, he leaves behind his wife Dani, son Jack and two daughters, Brogan and Tierney. Ohio Man to be Buried on 1967 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide

Billie Leo Standley died last weekend from lung cancer, but before he died, the 82-year-old wished for the world to know he was going to ride off to heaven. To accomplish this wish, Standley and his family made arrangements for him to buried in a Plexiglas casket riding his 1967 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide. Paul James To Start His 20th Consecutive Road Racing Season At Daytona

Paul James isn’t just another Harley-Davidson employee, he’s one helluva fast rider. For 2014, James will be suiting up for his 20th consecutive season of road racing as he pilots his James Gang/Hoban Brothers Racing Harley-Davidson XR1200 for the AMA Pro Racing Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series season opener at Daytona International Speedway. And he brings with him a new sponsor and a continued relationship with the VETMotorsports program.
