2003 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail CLASSIC, 12,950 miles. This bike has been kept in the garage & never has seen rain. This bike has been well cared for. I am the original owner. Many extras: Screaming Eagle pipes Detachable back rest and saddle bags Brake light kit which uses both turn signals as brake lights Upgraded Floor Boards Custom grips, Lots of Extra Chrome. Fender Rails (Front and Back) Headlight and front running light upgraded visor rings There is one small dent in the front fender, see photo. The fuel gauge sticks sometimes, I dont know if it is from setting a lot as of late. Other than that this motor cycle is in excellent condition. Factory alarm system. Just serviced, have all receipts. New back white-wall tire. I am selling it because I have not been riding it much in the past years. I do take it out occasionally for small runs. 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout Recalled for Faulty Fuel Indicators
Thu, 17 Apr 2014Harley-Davidson is recalling 2013-2014 Breakout models, including CVO versions, because the fuel level indication system may not be properly reading the correct amounts of fuel. As of this publishing, recalls have been announced by government agencies in Australia and Canada; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has not yet posted a recall but U.S.-based members of the Harley-DavidsonForums.com report American dealerships have already started receiving recall bulletins. According to a recall announcement by Transport Canada, some Breakout and CVO Breakout models may run out of fuel despite the fuel and range indicators indicating there is still enough fuel in the tank.
