A 32° raked fork, pullback risers, low-rise bar, lowered suspension and a seat that puts you just 25” from pavement. All that custom style deserved some Anniversary treatment, here in two-tone Sterling Silver and Vivid Black, gold cast wheels, 3-D tank cloisonné, and 100TH engine covers and seat emblem. The program provides the opportunity for Sturgis Brown High School students to learn from leading motorcycle industry professionals in order to create a one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle from a stock Harley-Davidson.
Legends Ride Stops Sturgis Traffic
Tue, 06 Aug 2013This is a small sample of the participants in Monday’s annual Legends Ride from Deadwood to Sturgis. Hundreds of bikes thundered through the Black Hills toward Sturgis on Monday afternoon, creating a cacophony not heard in these parts since, well, last year. The sixth annual Legends Ride draws thousands of riders, spectators and celebrities to the historic city of Deadwood, South Dakota each year on a charitable pilgrimage to the Buffalo Chip Campground, and organizers said Monday’s edition was likely the largest ever.
