Harley-Davidson Other description

2003 Harley-Davidson FXD Dyna Super Glide, 2003 Harley Davidson Super Glide - 100th Anniversary FXD Dyna Super Glide The Harley Big Twin engine. Long its captured imaginations and driven daydreams. An eyeful and earful of one has been known to instantly turn a lowly pedestrian into lifetime rider. This is the undeniable pull that has always been felt towards the Super Glide. Because its centered on nothing more than big, bold, beautiful engine, the grand Twin Cam 88. Around it is pure, uncluttered styling. Fat Bob tank with broad Anniversary striping. And a flat handlebar with a very tempting price tag hanging from it. Many find they just couldnt ask for more. Those that do find it the ideal beginning for stamping their custom fingerprints in steel. Either way, when you feel the draw, the Super Glide awaits. This Super Glide has Screamin Eagle exhaust, taller bars, HD 103 Anniversary bags, and security. Bike is in good shape, was ridden in the rain, has minor oxidation, and is ready to go.

Harley Declares Women Riders Month

Tue, 10 Feb 2009

Back in July of ’08 Motorcycle.com announced that The Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum and Nationwide Insurance were working together to mark July as Women’s Motorcycle Month in order to honor the contribution made to history by female riders. This May, Harley-Davidson is staging a series of events in order to celebrate women on two wheels by declaring May, “Women Riders Month.” Some of the Harley-Davidson Women Riders Month initiatives will include special rides in New York City and Milwaukee as well as an attempt to grace the pages of the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest number of women motorcycle riders trained in one weekend. Harley-Davidson dealerships will also be hosting women-only Garage Parties, which consist of informal meetings in an unintimidating environment where women can learn about motorcycling.

The TwinTrax Is A Machine Straight From Mad Max

Fri, 27 Sep 2013

Just look at this motorcycle for a moment. A creation of the German Motorcycle Authority, the TwinTrax is nearly 107 inches long, weighs 882 pounds, and took owner/builder Christoph Madaus 12 years to complete. Oh, and don’t forget the two Harley-Davidson V-Twins powering this thing.
