2001 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide CLASSIC, I am selling my 2001 Electra Glide Classic. This is a great bike and priced to sell. The bike has 65k miles and was garage kept its whole life. I am the third owner and I am purchasing a new bike. The bike is sunglo jade green and the only modification done is Vance and Hines pipes. I have upgraded the headlights and passing lights to HD 2011 lights. The bike has had a Harley Davidson repower engine upgrade done not many miles ago. The bike rides perfect. Has had the tires, belt and service done recently. All work was performed by Harley. I have all books, keys and even the Harley wipe down rag with the bike. Make me a reasonable offer. Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.

Because the event was so popular, The Art of Rebellion one-night only event quickly became a month long showing. Artwork was for sale and the proceeds were donated to Art Matters, a foundation that assists socially and aesthetically groundbreaking artists.
