2001 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide CLASSIC, I love my Harley but my wife is interested in a Can-Am Spyder that she would be able to ride. I would be interested in a possible trade for a Can-Am Spyder If you interested in a NICE, SHARP 2001 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic then let me know. This bike is for serious buyers only..... This bike has very low milage and has been garaged kept and cleaned every time she was ridden which was weekly or more so she has not been sitting around, that would be a shame. She has only 31774 miles and has a new rear tire, brakes and a fresh oil change done. If you want a Harley then she is waiting for you. My nick name for her is THUNDER she has BIG FAT PIPES that sound amazing and the Midnight Blue color POPS in the sun. She turn heads every where you go. She has upgraded MIRRORS that are so cool looking and upgraded Crome GRIPS that are so comfortable that your hand will never get tired. She also has a CROME cup holder for those long drives, along with Hi-way Pegs and deer whistles device. I have a STOBE light in the back that keep everyone off of your rear. US Highland Making a Comeback
Thu, 13 Oct 2011US Highland appears to be making a comeback, announcing plans to begin processing new orders and having discussions with several OEMs for the use of the Oklahoma company’s powertrains. The Tulsa-based company did not mention which OEMs it is working with, though US Highland says the discussions could result in sales of over 20,000 units per year. The company is developing fuel injected V-Twin engines in 750cc, 950cc and 1050cc displacements and Singles in 350cc, 450cc and 507cc displacements.
Harley-Davidson Adds Twin Cam 96 and 103 Engines to Factory Remanufacturing Program
Tue, 17 Jan 2012Harley-Davidson has added the Twin Cam 96, Twin Cam 103 and 2003-2006 CVO Twin Cam 103 engines to its engine remanufacturing program. The program, which previously accepted 1984 and newer Evolution 1340, Twin Cam 88, Twin Cam 88B and Twin Cam 95 powerplants, takes used engines, rebuilds and repaints them. Customers can take their existing Harley-Davidson motorcycle to a dealer which will remove the engine and send it back to the factory.
Harley-Davidson Expands H-D1 Bike Builder Tool for All Non-CVO Models
Fri, 08 Jun 2012Harley-Davidson has expanded its online H-D1 Bike Builder customization tool to include more models from its current lineup. The H-D1 Bike Builder allows users to customize motorcycles with parts from Harley-Davidson‘s catalog. The tool was previously only available for Sportster 1200 models but Harley-Davidson has add all of its models except for the high-end Custom Vehicle Operations line.
