You can’t miss the gorgeous leather saddlebags. They’re made by stretching leather over a hard shell interior. It makes things more accessible, and stands up to weather and long miles. We give the leather a tooled design that’s also picked up on the custom seat. We created a 3D metal emblem just for the Classic. It appears on the fender tip, tank and seat valance. Harley-Davidson Donated $4.5 Million to Various Causes in 2012
Fri, 15 Feb 2013Harley-Davidson donated more than $4.5 million to support various charitable groups in 2012. The donations, which include both grants and merchandise, went to several organizations, including those around Harley-Davidson‘s bases in Milwaukee, Wis., York, Pa., and Kansas City, Mo., but also to groups across the nation. The Milwaukee chapter of Habitat for Humanity received a $200,000 grant for its Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative, helping fund housing projects in the Washington Park community.
Brammo Hires Ex-Harley-Davidson Dealer Development Director
Fri, 10 Jun 2011Brammo has hired former Harley-Davidson dealer development director Jim Marcolina to develop the electric motorcycle maker’s North American dealer network. Marcolina was director of dealer development and dealer relations at Harley-Davidson after joining the Motor Company as a district sales manager. Brammo will rely on Marcolina’s experience working with Harley-Davidson’s dealer network to help establish its own fledgling network.
