1999 Harley Davidson Fat Boy In Vivid Black With Chrome Exhaust System on 2040-motos
Harley-Davidson Other description
44 crystal ave Derry Cycle is selling a 1999 Harley Davidson Fat Boy (Model # FLSTF) in vivid black with only 17,518mis on the odometer. The Fat Boy is part of the Softail family like the Heritage, Deluxe, and Deuce. She's larger than the Dyna family bikes like the Super Glide and Wide Glide. But a touch smaller than the touring family bikes like the Road King and Electra Glide. The Fat Boy is a terrific looking and great riding larger Harley that has a unique style the Japanese brands have been trying to copy for years. The 1999 model year is the final year of the Evolution motor that many people prefer over the Twin Cam motor. This particular Fat Boy is in terrific condition both cosmetically and mechanically. She's in mostly factory condition with the exception of a few tasteful upgrades. The stock exhaust has been tossed in the dumpster where it belongs and replaced with a pair of shotgun style Vance & Hines dual exhaust pipes that look sharp and sound fantastic. The stock handle bars are gone in favor of a nice chrome drag style handlebar with black and chrome Genuine Harley Davidson handgrips. There's also upgraded chrome passenger pegs, a chrome belt guard, and custom front signals on the bike as well. This is a VERY clean, VERY sharp Fat Boy that runs and drives just like it should, and won't break the bank either. If you want a good "Big Twin" Harley at a super price, don't overlook this Fat Boy, because she's right up your alley! The service department has gone through every major and minor system on the bike as required by their 153 point comprehensive inspection process, and she passed with flying colors. We work with many different credit unions to offer financing, and we are accepting trade ins toward the purchase of this bike. Please email or call Ken @ with any questions you have.We also purchase Harleys, Sportbikes, and ATV's for CA$H.www.derrycycle.com to see more photos of this bike, and see all of our pre owned bikesThank you

2022 Harley-Davidson Road Glide ST and Street Glide ST First Look
Wed, 26 Jan 2022ST models offer CVO-level performance Taking inspiration from its championship-winning King of the Baggers factory race bikes, Harley-Davidson introduces new, performance-focused ST versions of the Road Glide and Street Glide. Like Kyle Wyman’s King of the Baggers Road Glide Special racer, the Road Glide ST and Street Glide ST have been upgraded with some Screamin’ Eagle Performance Parts upgrades. Harley didn’t go so far as to install the same Screamin’ Eagle 131ci crate engine, but the new ST models do come with the Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-Twin with a high-flow intake, high-performance camshaft and a new exhaust to deliver the same level of performance as its CVO models.

Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle
Fri, 25 Apr 2014An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.
