Harley-Davidson Other description

I bought this Harley new in '96 and have basically been the only owner. I sold it at 1 time to a good friend of mine. He kept and rode it for a couple of years and then needed money, so he had to sell it. That person rode it for a little while and then advertised it on CL. I saw the ad and bought it back!!! So there is the history of this bike. Now for the stuff. New rear tire, chrome goodies including all chrome handlebar buttons, etc., windshield, polished front forks and new fork seals, mustang seat, Leatherlyke saddlebags, new primary chain, competition Barnett clutch, mild cam, upper end rebuilt at 34k miles, Vance and Hines "shortshot" pipes, and luggage rack. It's a great runner and sounds just as good!! I have not licensed the bike and the title is still in the guy's name that I bought it from. Don't want to sell, but as near as I can tell, 4 people can't ride it at 1 time so we are taking up boating instead :-) Call 403-XXXX anytime for more details or questions

Zero Motorcycles announced a new network of eight dealerships as the electric motorcycle company begins the transition from an online-based sales model to a traditional showroom sales model. Until now, Zero conducts its sales over the Internet with the help of a system of Independent Representatives around the country who use a handful of demo models instead of actual inventory to showcase the brand. As both demand and production have increased, Zero is ready to adopt a new dealer-based model.

Motus Hires Former H-D Test Rider + Video

Wed, 09 Apr 2014

Bruce Edmiston was a Harley-Davidson test rider for over 20 years. In that time, he estimates he’s racked up well north of 500,000 miles on a wide variety of motorcycles from many different parts of the world. He retired from Harley-Davidson in 2009, but the prospect of helping Motus develop an all-American sport-tourer was just the opportunity he needed to come out of retirement and utilize his test riding expertise.

Harley-Davidson World Ride Scheduled for June 22–23

Tue, 06 May 2014

There’s something about sharing in a popular consciousness. Participating in an activity that is also taking place at the same time all over the world adds a special meaning to the event. Begun in 2008 by the Harley Owners Group as Million Mile Monday and renamed and enlarged in 2012 toHarley-Davidson World Ride, this event simply asks all “friends of Milwaukee” to get on their hogs and ride on June 22–23.
