I recently inherited a 1982 Harley Sturgis. What's cool about this bike is its highly collectible, and gains in value. The bike has a 1340cc shovel head motor with both electric and kick start. It runs and drives good, but does need a little work. Recently had a oil change, new oil filter, new fuel filter, various replaced hoses and a new crankshaft seal. It wouldn't hurt to give the bike a nice wipe down and tune up although, nothing major. There is another seal that needs replaced near the tranny i haven't got to yet. Only 17k miles on her. This bike is a head turner and gets a lot of looks due to people not seeing them very often. I'm open to cash offers but really looking to trade for a big dog or chopper of some sort. Bonhams To Sell Garelli Grand Prix Collection At No Reserve
Wed, 28 Nov 2012Mark your calendars for February 5 and 6, 2013, as those are the dates when Bonhams — one of the world’s largest auctioneers of fine arts and antiques — will put for sale two motorcycle collections which include some incredibly rare and historic machines. The Grand Palais in Paris, France will play host to the auction, which includes the entire Garelli Grand Prix collection as its headliner. Founded in 1919, many famous Italian racers got their starts on Garelli motorcycles.
“The Meet” Vintage Motorcycle Show This Saturday

While festivities will begin on Friday evening, America’s Car Museum (ACM) will host the third annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Organizers expect 450 vintage motorcycles and scooters from all over the nation to attend.
Hero Motocorp Teases Harley-Davidson-branded Model for India

Harley-Davidson and Hero Motocorp announced a partnership back in 2020 for the distribution of existing Harley motorcycles and the development of a new range of models for the Indian market. We haven’t heard much from that arrangement… until now, when a selection of “spy photos” of a Harley-Davidson-branded motorcycle with a 400-ish cc Single landed in the hands of the Indian press.
