Harley-Davidson Other description

1977 Harley Ironhead Chopper

This is a complete frame-up build. Bike was totally stripped down, and a David Bird hardtail was installed and TIG welded. Frame was then powder coated in gloss black.

Engine was completely gone through, top end was rebuilt (150 miles on the motor since rebuild). All-new Genuine James gaskets throughout. New starter, coil, plugs, wires, CE regulator, battery, headlight and taillight. All new wiring throughout the bike. Custom oil filter mounted as well. S&S Super E carb, also rebuilt.

Has chrome forward controls, and hand controls from a EVO-era bike with switch eliminators for a totally clean look. Custom brake line for stock front caliper. Brand new vintage style Avon tires front and rear. Biltwell solo spring seat. Orange metallic paint is brand new as well.

This bike starts on one crank and is super reliable. It runs strong and hard -- every detail on this bike has been attended to -- 100% ready to go.

Bike has matching VIN numbers on frame and motor and is currently registered to me in Connecticut. Located in Newtown CT, I'm looking to sell to finance my next project.

A custom Harley-Davidson Street 750

Thu, 29 Jan 2015

This amazing motorcycle was built in just four weeks in a workshop located 300 kilometers south of Harley-Davidson's Indian factory. The project came to life thanks to the efforts of Rajputana Customs and H.-D., which provided Street 750 as a donor. The first upgrade to the bike was a Suzuki GSX-R sport fork with stiffer springs and longer travel.
