This is a 1973 One off brass and chrome Harley Shovelhead Skull Painted Bobber Bar Hopper. Harley Davidson title in my name. Motor runs strong, new 5 speed tranny with kicker and electric, 2” open primary belt drive, rear belt as well. 21” front and 16” X200 rear. Stretched villain tank. Remote oil filter and a lot of little brass touches here and there and of course the skull pain and the hardtail frame. It’s a very nice HD Shovelhead Bobber Bar Hopper. The bike is sold As Is. Marlon Brando Estate Files Suit Against Harley-Davidson
Tue, 17 May 2011Brando Enterprises, an operating entity that protects the Marlon Brando brand on behalf of the actor’s family, has filed a lawsuit against Harley-Davidson. The suit alleges Harley-Davidson used the legendary actor’s name without a license for a leather riding boot called “The Brando”. “It is interesting that Harley-Davidson – a company that is vigorously protective of its own brand – would seek to exploit an iconic property without benefit of a licensing agreement,” says Jeffrey I.
Bobby Petrino’s Harley-Davidson Available for Auction – Comes With Baggage
Wed, 09 May 2012A 2007 Harley-Davidson Road King Classic reportedly belonging to former University of Arkansas football coach Bobby Petrino is up for auction. Listed as salvage title, the Harley-Davidson is painted in the school’s colors and features a razorback boar – Arkansas’ mascot – painted on the fuel tank with the words “Hawg Wild”. Sports blog ArkansasaSports360.com reported it can confirm the bike was the one Petrino crashed April 1.

Tue, 19 Jul 2011Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $190.6 million over the second quarter of 2011, thanks to the first year-on-year quarterly improvement in the U.S. market in nearly five years. For the three months ended June 26, 2011, Harley-Davidsons operating income totaled $301.9 million, a 38.0% increase from the $218.8 million reported in the same period of 2010.
