Barn Find Harley. Look at all pictures Bike looks like a completely original 1975 FLH and was last inspected in 1976 odometer works and shows 5000 miles True mileage is unknown. Bike is titled with a clear PA title as a 1973 harley FX 1200 both frame and engine numbers match.......this is exactly how it was found in a local barn and purchased three years ago with 4600 miles showing. Bike starts runs and goes down the road like a un-restored bike this old should. It has been ridden to a few old bike run events in the past three years I have owned it. Everyone loves the patina and look of the bike. And you will love the sound of an old shovelhead running The only thing that does not work on this bike is the turn signals and the front brake. It technically works but sticks a little I just do not use it when riding.This bike is old and greasy and leaks a little oil It's far from perfect but very cool.I am selling this bike as is and for what you see in the pictures. When in Rome for Harley’s 110th
Mon, 03 Jun 2013In addition to all the other goings-on scheduled for Harley-Davidson’s 110th celebration in Rome, Italy, Pirelli and LowRide magazine are teaming up to bring Italian Motor Company enthusiasts even more. During the June 13-16 celebration Pirelli is setting up shop at Lido di Ostia, transforming the Rome Nautical Club in to the Pirelli Clubhouse for this occasion. Guests at the Pirelli Clubhouse can attend tattooing sessions, where images created by Fashion Tattoo Studio will be imprinted on a range of tires. For those who want to try the thrills of driving a racing car through iconic racetracks around the world, the Formula 1 simulator will be available throughout the four-day celebration. Also on show is the new summer collection of Pzero clothing. Pirelli technicians will hold product workshops illustrating the importance of tires on custom motorcycles.
California Dealer to Produce Limited Edition Sons of Anarchy Harley-Davidson
Wed, 13 Jun 2012Bartels’ Harley-Davidson, a dealership in Marina Del Rey, Calif., has signed a licensing deal to produce a run of limited edition Harley-Davidson motorcycles inspired by the FX drama “Sons of Anarchy“. According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Bartels will produce 100 units, each priced at about $25,000. The Sons of Anarchy Harley-Davidson models will go on sale in August when they are revealed at the Sturgis rally in South Dakota.
