Harley-Davidson Other description

Custom hardtail chopper with approx. 3000 miles on it. Titled as a 1973 Harley Davidson motorcycle Vin 1A21903H3 with a Rolling thunder frame which is great for insurance pricing. Build was done in 2008. Bike is in very good condition although not a brand new custom bike, but hey that's why the price is not $20k. The engine alone brand new is $7100.00. Revtech 4 speed trans with push button electric and kick start. Exile brake sprocket. BDL open primary, Dakota Digital Tach and Speedo. Tires are basically full tread left. Custom Candy paint with ghost flames (hard to see in pic) done in pearl. 45 degree rake with 5 degree trees. Bike is in very good condition as it has always been garage kept.  Title is clean and clear no liens . Geico insurance $350 a year for liability coverage of the bike here in Delaware. open to trades for trucks, suvs, rib boats, or concession/snoball trailers.

Mileage is estimated at 3500 due to no odometer. It was a bar hopper motorcycle as riding a hardtail chopper long distances is not very comfortable. I bought it off my friend who was in the military and deployed for a total of 3 years. He barely drove it and I have put maybe 300 miles on it myself...at most!

Wed, 09 Apr 2014

Bruce Edmiston was a Harley-Davidson test rider for over 20 years. In that time, he estimates he’s racked up well north of 500,000 miles on a wide variety of motorcycles from many different parts of the world. He retired from Harley-Davidson in 2009, but the prospect of helping Motus develop an all-American sport-tourer was just the opportunity he needed to come out of retirement and utilize his test riding expertise.

Laguna Seca Added to 2014 AMA Superbike Schedule

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

AMA Superbike will be racing at Laguna Seca this year after all, with AMA Pro Racing announced the addition of the Monterey, Calif., circuit to its 2014 schedule, joining the World Superbike Championship on July 11-13. Laguna Seca was not included in AMA Pro Racing’s calendar, but its addition now increases the number of rounds in the series to six. That’s still down from the nine rounds held in 2013, but the absence of Laguna Seca and its famed Corkscrew would have been an especially tough loss.
