Harley-Davidson Other description

1972 Harley Davidson Shovelhead Bobber. Bike was built by Pitoniak Custom Cycles at the 2001 Laconia NH Bike Week Biker Build off. The Bike was disassembled after the contest and had a few things changed and upgraded. The Bike was then brought to various bike shows and events throughout New England and wasn't titled during this time as it was a display model. The Bike is now Legally titled as a 2013 Ready Customs Shovelhead chopper.

The Motor is all original Harley Davidson and is rebuilt with about 100 miles on it. The Harley lower cases have been polished on the outside. The heads have been machined for dual plugs. The ignition system is all new electronic. S&S carb. Runs awesome. The Tranny is a 1981 Harley 4 spd Kick only. The Open Primary is a Primo with a Pro Clutch. The clutch basket still has the flywheel incase you want to add electric start but is not needed as this bike starts on the first or second kick every time all the time. Besides Electric start aint cool on a bobber.

The Frame is a 60's Paucho rigid frame. The foot controls are billet 2" extended. Has a side mount licence plate with an old ford model A tail light brake light. The bike does not have any blinkers or a horn. Metzler rear tire and a Avon Speed Master front tire on Harley 16' and 21" spoked rims. Harley Wide Glide front end with Harley caliper. Has a PM polished 4 piston caliper in the rear. This bike is wicked cool and draws a lot of attention. The All Black paint work is subtly done with Old School Hot Rod pin stripping on the middle of the tank, rear fender and the neck along the down tubes on both sides. The primary belt has been stripped as well and has it's respectful name on one side and FTW on the other.

The bike is advertised locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Bid only if you intend to purchase. Non payers will be reported. I can assist in the pick up of the bike by your shipper. Bike is pick up only. I can deliver within a reasonable distance for a fee discussed. I encourage a prospective buyer to come and check the bike out. I can be reached at 413-519-5749 best time to call is after 5pm
