IT IS BLACK IN COLOR AND POWERED BY A 1200CC (74') CARBURETED SHOVELHEAD ENGINE AND 4 SPEED TRANSMISSION. THERE ARE SOME EXTRAS ON THE BIKE WHICH INCLUDE AN S&S CARBURETOR, CHROME EXHAUST, ENGINE GUARD, HIGHWAY PEGS, PASSENGER PEGS, SHIFTER PEDAL, TIMER COVER, DERBY COVER, AND H-D SOLO SEAT. THE BIKE HAS A SMALL IMPRESSION AND TOUCHUPS ON THE REAR FENDER AND TOUCHUPS ON THE FRONT FENDER AND TANK. THE CHROME AND ALUMINUM ARE IN GOOD CONDITION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF FLAKING ON THE ENGINE GUARD, REAR SHOCKS, FRONT END, INNER PRIMARY, CHAIN COVER, AND WHEELS. US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

CARB Reveals 2014 Harley-Davidson Models, Including Some “Cool” Surprises
Fri, 16 Aug 2013The California Air Resource Board has issued executive orders on a number of 2014 Harley-Davidson models, revealing much of the Motor Company’s upcoming product lineup. While most of the models listed are familiar, the documents do reveal some gems including possible signs of the long-rumored new liquid-cooled Harley-Davidson engine. The first and least surprising reveal is the disappearance of the 1584cc Twin Cam 96 engine.
