Presented for auction is a very nice (not pristine) 1968 Electraglide with low miles. Bike starts/runs/rides well with no issues. New battery/plugs/oil change. Motorcycle has had a professional re-paint in original colors (sparkling burgandy/black wrinkle panel/white pinstripes), new Harley wide whites, and a cosmetic resto that includes nos wiring harness. Has the original HD keys and original Tillotson carb. This bike will make the new owner a great rider and attention getter whereever ridden. Shiny chrome (no flaking). All electrical works as it should. This bike belongs to a good friend from Dayton that is not computer literate. All questions will be forwarded to him as well as phone numbers. Zero Enters South American Market
Wed, 28 Sep 2011Zero Motorcycles has signed a distribution deal with the Brazilian dealer network Grupo Izzo, bringing its electric motorcycles to first Brazil, and soon across South America. Brazil is one of the world’s fastest growing markets for motorcycles, a market Zero hopes to tap with its new distribution deal. Grupo Izzo is based mainly in Brazil with 11 locations, but has plans to expand into other South American countries.

Thu, 20 Aug 2009James Cameron, the genius behind such movies as Aliens, Terminator 1 and 2, True Lies, and The Abyss, has a new movie coming out this fall. “Avatar”, a sci-fi action movie, stars Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Giovanni Ribisi, Stephen Lang and Michelle Rodriguez, all of whom can be seen in the new pictures released yesterday by the studio. In one of the images we see Sam Worthington wearing a Harley-Davidson shirt and sitting in a bar. Is this the story of an average tough guy who rides motorcycles and plays pool in bars, turned action hero who saves mankind? Does Sam’s character, “Jake Sully”, ever get on a motorcycle in the movie or just shows his Harley support by wearing the T-shirt?
