This is a 1963 Harley trike that is complete and in good condition. It hasn't been started in a number of years and will need tanks cleaned before it will run. I just had the carb. cleaned. Bike was running good,but smoking when it was parked by the previous owner. Has original metal box. Bike has a dual disc superglide frontend on it, but I have the original adjustable trees. It is setup on a 12 volt system. Needs battery. I made a deal on it and then found out my spouse is losing her job. I have had health issues this year and need to sell it as is. 3spd w/reverse transmission. paint is 25 years old and could use an update. That is a Pegasus and not a Unicorn on the box. Forbes Expects Harley-Davidson to Announce Gains for Q3 2011
Mon, 17 Oct 2011In anticipation of Harley-Davidson announcing its third-quarter performance in 2011 Forbes.com expects Harley will reveal its third straight quarter of sales growth. The article says that financial analysts expect “earnings of $0.76 per share, up 47.4% from the same quarter of last year.” Additionally, an 18.8% gain in revenues is expected. Interestingly, the article refers to Harley’s motorcycles as “luxury items,” and as such sees Harley’s increased sales and profit as a possible harbinger of an improving U.S.

Rare Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and Memorabilia Up for Auction
Tue, 24 Jun 2014More than 500 rare Harley-Davidson motorcycles and collector’s items will be hitting the auction block on June 28. The items belong to Ron Shreffler, former owner of a Harley-Davidson dealership in Manteno, Ill. The retired Shreffler once had plans to open a Harley-Davidson museum but has now decided to auction off his collection gathered from 48 years in the industry.
