This is a Project I picked up from a Barn while living in ALTUS, Oklahoma. It is a 1959 B model Hummer 125cc Harley Davidson. ORIGINAL MOTOR, FRAME , DRIVE ASSEMBLY. Missing front wheel assembly, Seat, Tank, and gages. Just having the motor is a nice start and good frame. Has useable original motor , chain and drive gear.(not locked up) BILL OF SALE ONLY ON THIS!!!! There is another Hummer on Ebay that has most the parts this one is missing except the Tank. Harley-Davidson to Assemble More Models in India
Mon, 04 Mar 2013Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.
Blues Brothers Too Old for Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary Celebration?
Fri, 10 May 2013Comedian Dan Aykroyd says he offered to bring his Blues Brothers act to Harley-Davidson‘s 110th Anniversary celebrations but was turned down because H-D executives said the act was too old for the company’s target demographics. Aykroyd, playing the role of Elwood J. Blues with the late John Belushi playing “Joliet” Jake Blues, posted a statement on his official Facebook page suggesting Elwood is trading in his Harley-Davidson motorcycle for a Can-Am Spyder.
