You are looking at a fantastic running and driving Harley Davidson 45 Flathead. This motor and trans have been completely rebuild with about 250mile since. This is a clear PA title in my name. I have been riding it more and more so the mileage is going up. It has the 18 inch wheels and tires, 2 inch over front end with the rare longer kickstand to accommodate the height difference. The speedo drive inserted in the brake drum is stripped and the speedo is not working. Everything else works great. Make this bike your own. The leather tool pouch is not included in the sale! Harley-Davidson's Production Stoppage Was Caused by Non-compliant Brake Lines
Fri, 29 Jul 2022Production ramps up to meet year-end targets Back in May, Harley-Davidson announced it would temporarily halt motorcycle production due to a “regulatory compliance matter” regarding an unspecified part from a third-party supplier. Harley-Davidson initially estimated the stoppage would last two weeks but it eventually lasted 19 days before production resumed on June 6. The actual cause for the delay remained unclear some speculating the issue was related to the powertrains, as the stoppage only affected Harley-Davidson’s gas engine-powered motorcycles and not the electric LiveWires.
