1935 HARLEY DAVIDSON Advertising Signs -- Excellent Color and in Pristine ConditionThese are great 1935 Motorcycle Advertising Signs/Posters and measure 18"H x 12"W. They have great graphics, color and are in Very Attractive Condition. These are very cool advertising pieces for Harley Davidson and transportation collectors, or ideal for your loft, man cave, garage or office. Both read "1935 Harley Davidson Motorcycles", 1 of a Man and Woman on Harleys, the other reads "The 74 Cubic Inch Twin Harley Davidson 45 Cubic Inch Twin".They are on heavy card stock and offered for free local pickup in downtown Milwaukee. These were obtained from a collector in the Twin Cities area and just in time for the year of the H-D 110th Anniversary. 2012-2013 Harley-Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special Recalled for Loose License Plate Bracket
Thu, 25 Oct 2012Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q3 2013 Sales Results
Mon, 28 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson reported a 15.5% increase in motorcycle sales for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2013 compared to the same quarter last year. The news caps off an important quarter for Harley-Davidson that included the company’s 110th anniversary celebrations and the launch of its 2014 lineup including the new Twin-Cooled engines and Project Rushmore enhancements.
