Up for sale is my nine HD CVO Road Glide. Asking $25,000. I am 2nd owner, have had for past 2 yrs. Bike currently has about 20K miles on speedo. This bike runs well, no issues. I really love this bike but, really busy with work so I just don't have time to ride as much as I would like, so its time to sell.Bike comes equipped with chrome wheels, dark tinted clearview windshield, mustang solo seat, bassani mufflers, Sancho wings, oil cooler, 110 screaming eagle motor, Screaming eagle air cleaner, highway pegs, extended saddlebags, chrome front forks, chrome primary, 6in over cables (clutch, front brake) front axle chrome cap and inner painted fairing . Do have stock handle bars and windshield. As you can see bike is yellow metal flake with metallic gray, and silver ghost flames. Harley-Davidson Reports Q1 2013 Results
Thu, 25 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson reported 15.9% increase in motorcycle revenue despite selling 9.1% fewer motorcycles over the first quarter of 2013. According to the company’s first quarter 2013 report, Harley-Davidson recorded revenues of $1.15 billion from motorcycle sales, compared to $995.9 million in the same quarter of 2012. At the same time, Harley-Davidson sold 54,254 motorcycles worldwide over the first quarter, down from 59,677 motorcycles in the same period last year.
Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season
Wed, 04 Dec 2013More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
James Cameron’s New Movie “Avatar” to use “Motorcycle Riding Badass” template?
Thu, 20 Aug 2009James Cameron, the genius behind such movies as Aliens, Terminator 1 and 2, True Lies, and The Abyss, has a new movie coming out this fall. “Avatar”, a sci-fi action movie, stars Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Giovanni Ribisi, Stephen Lang and Michelle Rodriguez, all of whom can be seen in the new pictures released yesterday by the studio. In one of the images we see Sam Worthington wearing a Harley-Davidson shirt and sitting in a bar. Is this the story of an average tough guy who rides motorcycles and plays pool in bars, turned action hero who saves mankind? Does Sam’s character, “Jake Sully”, ever get on a motorcycle in the movie or just shows his Harley support by wearing the T-shirt?
