For sale 1978 FXS shovelhead, the latest build from Tamiami Tyrants Custom Cycles. The 88" 1978 FXS motor was built at world renowned Zippers Performance. There was no expense spared on the build. The motor runs like a watch and pulls like a train. The super e carb was just recently cleaned and rebuilt, jetted and tuned to perfection. The exhaust is a high performance super trapp that sounds great and performs great. The transmission was also rebuilt using Andrews gears and shaft. The clutch is a high performance Bandit Sportsman and will spin the rear tire without dumping the clutch. Dual four piston Performance Machine brake calipers up front and rear paired with all stainless brake lines work fantastic. Brand new wheels and tires. Everything aside from the tank and fender are freshly powder coated gloss black with a flawless finish. Tank and fender are custom hand made and were painted and pin striped with one off custom die cut decals. The custom tank was professionally lined by a local radiator shop to assure you'll never have a leak. The seat is a comfortable one off with hand stitched leather. Werks performance rear shocks. The list goes on, there was no expense spared on this build and it is bullet proof, there is not a single zip tie or piece of electrical tape on this bike everything is done professionally. Bike is FAST and you can get on and ride anywhere. The styling of this bike looks very similar to the turbo bike I built for the season finale of "The Ride With Norman Reedus" on amc last season but much more practical. Harley-Davidson Goes Low for 2015

Harley-Davidson revealed the new 2015 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low and Ultra Limited Low, offering what it calls the the lowest seat height of any premium touring motorcycle on the market. Designed with riders 5 feet 7 inches and shorter in mind, the two Low models have a seat height of 25.6 inches from the ground, or 1.7 inches lower than the regular models. The lower seat isn’t the only change to accommodate shorter riders.

Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models

Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address  potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
