Harley-Davidson Dyna description

It is a 2009 Harley-Davidson FXDL (Low Rider). The engine is 1584 cc (96.66 cubic inches). It has 18,265 miles on it. It has the H-D colors of the year for 2009, which are Big Flake Purple and Brilliant Silver. I have always gotten compliments on the looks of this bike. 2009 was the last year H-D made the Low Rider. It is lowered even further than stock.  It has a tons of add-ons as follows (most of which are H-D parts unless marked with a *):

*Rush slip-on pipes
*Lower chrome belt guard (upper chrome belt guard is stock)
*20 Purple LED accent lights
Chrome master cylinder cover
Upgraded foot pegs rider, passenger and highway pegs
Chrome luggage rack
Detachable sissybar with pad
Matching hardcase, locking saddebags with turn signal relocation (These cost $1,400 alone)
Front chin spoiler
Chrome regulator cover
Chrome rockerbox and head bolt covers
*Allen head screws covered with caps
Upgraded handlebar grips
Chrome tail light cover
Chrome front axle nut covers
Black rear axle nut covers
Upgraded mirrors
*Progressive shocks
*Progressive front end lowering kit
H-D jiffy stand extension
Quick release windshield and windshield bag
Ambient air temperature gage
*Flag mounts (and I will give flags)
The bike has been very well maintained and is in excellent condition. All pictures were taken after the repairs.  Additional pictures available upon request.  I am selling it because I cannot ride it anymore due to developing problems with equilibrium.

Mon, 04 Mar 2013

Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.
