2006 Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob , I am putting up for sale my 2006 Harley Davidson Dyna street Bob. It has 23,xxx miles. The color is Black Cherry. 1450 cc, 88 cu in fuel injected engine w/ 6 spd transmission. Vance and Hines Staggered big shots exhaust, fuel pak control module, alarm system, detachable windshield, luggage rack, forward controls, chrome hand controls, LOTS of additional chrome, hard mounts for detachable saddle bags with relocated turn signals(I do not have the bags however), comfortable passenger seat with sissy bar. My bike runs great and has been very well taken care of. I currently have the bike financed through Harley financial so they have the title. Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle Vance & Hines Team Unveils Restyled V-Rod Drag Bikes
Fri, 09 Mar 2012The Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines racing team unveiled its restyled V-Rod drag motorcycles ahead of the first Pro Stock Motorcycle round of the 2012 NHRA Full Drag Racing series. Reigning champion Ed Krawiec and Andrew Hines will compete for the Harley-Davidson team on new V-Rod drag bikes, restyled to more closely resembled the Night Rod Special production model. This marks the first restyling of Harley-Davidson’s NHRA competition bikes since the V-Rod entered the competition in 2002, and comes as The Motor Company celebrates the V-Rod’s 10th anniversary.“The goal was to make the drag racing motorcycles look more like the current production Night Rod Special motorcycle,” says Kris Schoonover, Harley-Davidson racing manager.
US Highland Making a Comeback
Thu, 13 Oct 2011US Highland appears to be making a comeback, announcing plans to begin processing new orders and having discussions with several OEMs for the use of the Oklahoma company’s powertrains. The Tulsa-based company did not mention which OEMs it is working with, though US Highland says the discussions could result in sales of over 20,000 units per year. The company is developing fuel injected V-Twin engines in 750cc, 950cc and 1050cc displacements and Singles in 350cc, 450cc and 507cc displacements.
