Returns
Any item that needs to be returned must first receive a RMA number from our Returns Dept.  All items to be returned must be in new condition and uninstalled. Any item returned is subject to restocking and or original shipping fees. Please note that installed items will not be permitted to be returned.

 
Shipping
Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States.  Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will need to be invoiced for shipping.

Most items ship the same day payment is received if payment is received before 2pm EST otherwise the item will ship the following business day.  Due to UPS shipping items will not be shipped during holidays observed by UPS.  International customers and customers located in Hawaii or Alaska will be invoiced for additional shipping charges.  Some items will be sent via USPS and others via UPS.  Shipping method is determined by Cotee River Cycles customer service team for the best shipping price with the safe arrival of the package in mind. Survey Says Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorcycles Less Reliable Than Japanese – But Owners Don’t Care

A new survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center finds BMW and Harley-Davidson  owners are much more likely to report major problems with their motorcycles than owners of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.

Someone’s not done bitchin’ in the kitchen ’bout Dyna; when H-D dropped the twin-shock classic after 2017, there was more than a little wailing and gnashing of gears. The first Dyna rolled out in 1991 in the form of the FXDB Sturgis, which I think is the one I rode to Sturgis. Ten years ago, Pete and Fonzie rode the FXDC Super Glide.

In late November two motorcycle daredevils from opposite sides of the world were fighting to see who would be the first to backflip a Harley Davidson XR1200 motorcycle. Australia’s Kain Saul reached the Promised Land first when he made a successful jump in Sydney on November 27. Harley-Davidson believes Saul’s jump is the first ever successful backflip for any full size street motorcycle.
