Harley-Davidson Dyna description

RARE bike. ... 2001 super glide t-sport Harley Davidson fxdxt dyna super glide. runs great very comfortable. It's a RARE bike black apes just put on with stainless steel lines. Has switch blade pegs. The motor is blacked, the grips are black and the handlebars are black 10 inch. Its a sharp bike. and has 10,000 miles on it after its rebuild. Odometer has 85,000 miles on it, but motor had its heads upgraded with factory heads, new cams, lifters and Forks rebuilt at 75,000 miles. New battery, new alternator, new tires and brakes this year. I do not have the fairing, but it does have the triple trees for it. You can buy a fairing off eBay if you look for one. It does have some Harley bags on it now permanently mounted. They are lockable bags but I do not have the key. The ignition is messed up and has been pulled but comes with the bike. I do have the matching keys for the ignition and fork lock as well as a clear title. I bought this bike with plans to restore it back to stock. That is why the motor got rebuilt with stock parts, nothing oversized or aftermarket, only stock OEM Harley parts. Change of house hold needs forces the sale of this bike. I hate to sell it, but I have to let it go. I always wanted one of these bikes with the adjustable suspension and dual disc front brakes. This bike handles great and there is no other Harley on the market like it. I really do not want to sell it and I am going to lose a lot of money if I do sell it. I have got way more in this bike than what I am asking for it, but figured I would go with a lower price in hopes of it being gone fast. This is a great deal for some one wanting a stock fxdxt to start with and customize it your way.

Church of MO: 1997 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic

Sun, 17 Apr 2022

How many 25-year old motorcycles are still being sold anyway? The Honda XR650L springs to mind, but other than it, it’s too early on Easter Sunday to investigate further. Granted, the Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic has undergone enough changes as to really not be the same machine anymore, yet that indelible American profile, architecture, and riding experience remain the same.
