IT IS TWO TONE BLACK WITH SILVER GHOST FLAMES IN COLOR AND POWERED BY A 1340CC (80') H-D CARBURETED V-TWIN ENGINE AND 5-SPEED TRANSMISSION. THE BIKE DOES COME WITH A H-D TOURING SEAT, FORWARD CONTROLS, SLIP-ON EXHAUST PIPES, UPGRADED S&S SUPER 'E' CARBURETOR AND 1 KEY. THERE IS A PATCHED UP TEAR ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SEAT, SOME SCRATCHES TOUCHED UP ON THE FENDERS AND A SMALL DING ON THE REAR FENDER. Music and Motorcycles Exhibit
Wed, 04 Mar 2009The four-day “Music and Motorcycles” exhibit, presented by the Long Island Music Hall of Fame (LIMHOF), will be on public display at the Lighthouse Harley-Davidson dealership in Huntington Station, NY. The exhibit will feature memorabilia and motorcycles from many inductees from the LIMHOF including, Joan Jett, Billy Joel, Dee Snider, The Ramones, Darryl McDaniel of Run DMC and more. Billy Joel will be supplying several custom bikes, Twisted Sister have agreed to loan one of their motorcycles and a gas tank signed by Jett, Snider, Peter Tork of The Monkees, Gary U.S.
CARB Reveals 2014 Harley-Davidson Models, Including Some “Cool” Surprises
Fri, 16 Aug 2013The California Air Resource Board has issued executive orders on a number of 2014 Harley-Davidson models, revealing much of the Motor Company’s upcoming product lineup. While most of the models listed are familiar, the documents do reveal some gems including possible signs of the long-rumored new liquid-cooled Harley-Davidson engine. The first and least surprising reveal is the disappearance of the 1584cc Twin Cam 96 engine.
Harley-Davidson Suspends All Vehicle Production for Two Weeks
Thu, 19 May 2022Harley-Davidson announced it is pausing assembly and shipments of all motorcycles for a two-week period due to a problem with a component from a third-party supplier. Production halted as of May 18, the day after Harley-Davidson was notified about the problem by the supplier. The official statement was brief, and offered very little in the way of detail.
