I have for sale a very nice blue custom Dyna Wide Glide. It has a big bore kit on it done by Walter Bros Harley Davidson of Peoria last year. Motor was completely rebuilt and i have paperwork. TONS of chrome on the bike. Recently painted this deep blue. 80 spoke wire rims. Custom seat. Digital tach from a Street Glide. Runs great, looks good and sounds good. Has blue LEDs controlled by remote. Brand new front tire, back tire is still at around 90%. Bike has been well taken care of and has no leaks.This bike completely stock books for $7,000. This 1 has tons of money put into it. I also have saddle bags and quick detach sissy bar to go with it for the right price. Those accessories alone are over $700. The ONLY reason i am even getting rid of it is because i need a winter vehicle. Laconia Harley-Davidson and New Hampshire Motor Speedway to Raise $76K for Boys & Girls Clubs in World Record Attempt
Thu, 23 May 2013Laconia Harley-Davidson and New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) have teamed up to make the 90th Anniversary of Laconia Motorcycle Week even more historic through an effort to raise over $76,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of New Hampshire and set a new Guinness Worlds Record. Laconia Motorcycle Week attendees and New Hampshire residents will play a key role in this endeavor by purchasing tickets for a Community Appreciation Parade at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on the final Saturday of Bike Week, June 15th. Participants will have the unique opportunity to ride around the New Hampshire Motor Speedway track, continue on a police escorted, scenic 32-mile ride around the Lakes Region, set a new Guinness World Record and most importantly, raise significant funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of New Hampshire.
2012-2013 Harley-Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special Recalled for Loose License Plate Bracket
Thu, 25 Oct 2012Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.
