Harley-Davidson Bobber description

You are bidding on this custom bopper and all the parts to go back to the flame job FXT.

This is a HD frame that has been lowered front and rear, has a 3" BDL exposed belt drive and a S&S motor, JJ rear fender, custom paint, 6 gal. tanks, chrome switches, housings, and grips with SS cables, and LaRosa matching leather front to rear. You can't come close to building a bike like this for what I am asking.  I have over $5400 in primary and paint alone.  It was built to turn heads and it does. It is very loud, very easy and comfortable to ride and has a ton of power.

In addition to the parts pictured, I have 2 Vance & Hines exhaust systems for the flame job and the 21" rim and tire. If you are bidding on this and have even a little mechanical knowledge, you can switch the bopper back to the FXT style in less than a weekend's time and be riding a completely different bike. I have more pictures of the bopper and of the FXT and parts if you want to see them.

This bike is also listed locally and I reserve the right to end auction sooner if it sells locally.

Call with any questions. Ike 516-987-4438

Who To Watch In The AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

The Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series is set to kick off this weekend at Daytona International Raceway, and the competition looks set to be as close as ever. In the contest’s three-year history, the combined margin of victory stands at just over two tenths of a second. And last year’s dogfight saw ninth position take the checkered flag less than eight tenths removed from the victory. Each previous contest has developed into a full-blown drafting war, with the class’ evenly matched machinery testing the tactical acumen of its pilots as they negotiate the high banks within inches of one another.
