Harley-Davidson Bobber description
this is a 1953 Harley panhead, the engine is completely rebuilt using only the best parts. there is only around 250/ 300 mi. on it (just starting to break in! the rods crank pin bearings are S&S pistons are TRW and the engine has been balanced. heads are STD duel plug flowed hi performance heads with manley SS valves and ampco 45 guides to run pump gas without lead additive! they also have brand new old stock rocker arms and blocks. S&S super Eshorty carb and manifold with custom ness air cleaner, it has a mallery auto advance electronic ign. and duel accel hi output coils. it has a riviera diaphragm clutch and belt drive so no lunging at red lights or problems finding neutral even when sitting still. also a hydrolic clutch and kicker setup engine and tranney cases are stock and original with no cracks or issues of any kind. tranney did have a set of Andrews gears put in around 5000 mi ago and shifts nice. this bike has been in my family for over 30 years and has been loved and taken proper care of for all that time!! the front end has been upgraded to a disc brake and is all billit and chrome plated and brand new including the front wheel rear is a mechanical drum but works extremely well (almost too good!) the paint is custom light and dark two tone candy rootbeer with ghost skulls all through the light rootbeer. the pics really don't do it justice (the paint itself is over 4000,00 in materials and labor. rubber is new as well as the chain, breaks, master cylinders and really pretty much everything except the tranny and cases!!! it has clear title and is just about ready to ride, just a couple minor things left for me to finish hooking up as fuel lines tail light wireing and bleed the clutch possibly polarize generator and install battery and oil. if someone buys it I will have these things done before its picked up! if you have any other questions you can text me at 724-237-7883 please serious inquires only THIS IS PICKUP ONLY OR THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PICKUP OR DELIVERY ARRENGMENTS AND FEES!! PLEASE DONT BID AND THEN DO A NO PAY WHEN I REFUSE TO MAKE ARRENGEMENTS FOR, OR PAY FOR, SHIPPING!! AND PLEASE DONT BID IF YOU DONT WANT TO BUY AS I DO REPORT ALL NO PAYS AND WILL FILE A CLAIM!! DEPOSIT OF 500.00 MUST BE MADE BY PAYPAL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AUCTIONS END AND I AM FLEXIBLE AS TO WHEN YOU WANT TO PICK UP BUT BRING CASH AS CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEND THEM AHEAD OF PICKUP VIA MAIL AND I WILL NEED AROUND TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO CLEAR PROPERLY!!! I have a ton of money and time into this bike, way more than my starting price! honestly I wasn't planning on selling it but illness has made it almost impossible for me to ride it and I just cant see it sitting any longer. I do have the chrome piece that goes between the tanks below the speedo to cover the gap it will be either installed or included in the sale..also this bike has a clear title but it is a special construction title the same as OCC. Jesse James, or Paul Yaffe would supply with any of their bikes because I changed the front end to a modern one and the frame to a 34 degree rake Midwest frame. it has never been salvaged, wrecked, or reconstructed only modified! this has never affected my being able to obtain insuerince or regerstration THANKS FOR LOOKING

King of the Baggers: Riding The Harley-Davidson Screamin' Eagle Factory Road Glide Race Bike
Thu, 24 Feb 2022What It's Like To Ride A Harley Superbike Credit: Photos by Brian J. Nelson and Kevin Wing Kyle Wyman knows a thing or two about superbikes. Having ridden quite a few over the years as a MotoAmerica rider, and having built some himself as a MotoAmerica team owner – including the Ducati Panigale V4R he campaigned most recently – the 2021 MotoAmerica King of the Baggers champion didn’t mince his words when describing the synergy between himself, Harley-Davidson, and the Road Glide he took all the way to the title.
A Seattle Seahawks-Themed Motorcycle. Why? Because Football. And Charity.
Fri, 23 Aug 2013With the return of football season upon us (that’s American football for our international readers), we thought it best to feature, what else, but a motorcycle. In this particular case, it’s a Seattle Seahawks-themed custom based on a 2005 Harley-Davidson Road King, the same year the Hawks made it to the Super Bowl. The man behind the custom, award-winning bike builder and Seattle resident, Keith Wong, was approached by Patrick ‘PT’ Town, the founder and executive director of Union Ride & Charity Rally - a charity event to raise money for several non-profits including Northwest Harvest, A.N.E.W., Helmets to Hardhats and the Awareness, Education and Prevention of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in Youth Football.
