Ducati Supersport description

2001 Ducati 750SS Supersport Track Bike with Ducati Performance slip-on exhaust. The bike was purchased from a local Ducati dealership, they used the bike as a track-day loaner - the last person to ride it on the track was actually Bruce Meyers (he even signed the tape on the front of the bike, see pics)!  The shop completely went through the bike and prepped it for track duty, it only has 3 easy track days on it since being prepped. Termignoni carbon fiber mufflers, billet rearset footpegs, new fuel pump, like new chain and sprockets, tires are in good condition. Small bit of rash on the left side of the tank, the upper headlight fairing has a crack on the left side, the left muffler has a small bit of rash - the pics show all of the damage/actual condition. Actual mileage is unknown as the speedo was removed, but the title shows 20,591. Video of the bike running can be seen here:

The review you've all been waiting for

Fri, 23 Nov 2012

Although UDReplicas Dark Knight motorcycle suit has been available for a while now, a recent 'on-bike' review was posted online for the first time last week.  This capeless crusader thinks that Batman would ride a Ducati 749 Dark (I guess when the Bat Pod is being serviced). Just don't plan on breaking down, the utility belt doesn't have enough room for a mobile.

Behind the scenes in Qatar

Sat, 19 Mar 2011

Just because you have the name Jorge Lorenzo on your screen and you've won a world championship doesn't mean you'll get an easy time at scrutineering. In Qatar the technical inspection staff made the factory Yamaha mechanics remove bodywork and unbolt some electrical components in order to get a better look at the guts of the 2011 M1. Everything was in order of course but what a great opportunity for the scrutineers to exercise their power and have a poke around the most high tech Yamaha on the planet.

A Peek Inside The Ducati World Superbike 1199 Panigale + Video

Wed, 16 Jul 2014

When Ducati introduced the 1199 Panigale, it announced it would take an entire racing season to develop its World Superbike challenger before entering it into competition. Being a new design for Ducati, where the Superquadro engine is the main stressed member of the chassis, meant a significant amount of testing was required to prepare the bike for battle. In this video, former racer, and now TV commentator, Steve Martin, explains a few nuances of the 1199.
