2004 Ducati 749 S Adult owned never crashed. Scrapes on one side hardly noticeable. All just serviced new timing belt, valves adjusted, oil changed, new spark plugs. Service records @ Desmoto in San Francisco, ask for Scott Jenkins. Tires great condition, front shocks oil replaced and re sealed. Showa suspension. New clutch about 500 miles ago. Everything runs perfect .Electrical and computer systems no problems at all. Bike runs strong front and rear sprockets changed for faster off the line (lower geared). Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.
2015 EBR 1190SX Revealed
Wed, 11 Jun 2014Erik Buell Racing launches its next salvo to the sportbike market with the 1190SX streetfighter. The 1190SX borrows heavily from EBR’s 1190RX superbike contender that MO’s Troy Siahaan is scheduled to test today at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Although no specs have been released, the SX appears to use most of the RX’s hardware: 1190cc V-Twin engine; aluminum fuel-carrying frame; massive 386mm single-disc front brake.
Doug Polen Joins Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class of 2011
