Report: Audi-Ducati Announcement May Come Next Week

That’s the day before the annual shareholders’ meeting for the Volkswagen Group, Audi’s parent company. Reuters reports Audi has completed its assessment of Ducati and found no hiccups that would curtail a buyout.
