Ducati Superbike description

Purchased this bike in 2003, and as far as I know, I am the 2nd owner.  This is a great, fun, bike!!  Definite head turner and it sounds great too. Termignoni Exhaust, Carbon Fiber Mirrors, Integrated Turn Signals into the brake lights, performance tires.

Some things that I just had done at Motoworks (Ducati dealer) in Des Moines to make sure this is road ready for you.

Oil Change, Tune up, new clutch plates, This thing has been tuned/adjusted and is ready to go! If those of you know anything about Ducati's, you will know that I just put a good sum of money in this bike to make sure it is solid!

Last year, I put on a new master brake cylinder & brake pads.

There is nothing wrong with this bike and its an amazing motorcycle. The only reason I am selling it is because I am getting older and I don't ride it like I used too.

In the pictures, you will see that it has pictures of both a monoposto & biposto seat. I originally bought the bike as a monoposto and wanted to be able to switch the seat off & on quickly with another seat to give girls rides. I purchased a biposto seat for $500.00 and it is included with this bike! As well as the rear footpegs were an add-on as well.

I dare you to find a nicer bike in this age!

In today’s news that really isn’t news, an interview of Ducati CEO, Gabriele del Torchio, by Bruno de Prato found on Cycle World’s website on August 3rd, reveals the CEO speaking in a matter-of-fact tone about Valentino Rossi’s status as a team member on Ducati’s MotoGP effort. In the CW article, Del Torchio states that the 2010 racing season “will not bring to Ducati any crown in the sport,” but that he looks “forward to Valentino Rossi teaming up with Nicky Hayden.” “Nicky is a wonderful person and a great rider. This year, he greatly contributed to improving our Desmosedici racer.

Nicky Hayden and Ducati’s Panigale Come to Hollywood

(Post updated with new photographs) When it comes to throwing a party, the small boutique manufacturer from Bologna has a penchant for the glamorous. Choosing Drai’s rooftop nightclub for the U.S. unveiling of the 1199  Panigale superbike, Ducati raised the bar in motorcycle swankiness.
