Ducati Superbike description
I am selling my beautiful Panigale. I just put a new front tire on and the rear only has about 600 miles on it. Meticulously maintained at a certified Ducati dealership and I just had the suspension and brakes tuned by a professional race mechanic from Europe (also has a 7 year warranty that I can include at an additional cost). The bike has never been down and you will not find a cleaner used bike out there. The bike is the lightest and most flickable liter bike I have ever had with and amazing engine to back up the handling. The only modifications I have made to the bike are frame sliders, fork sliders, rear spool sliders, fender eliminator and radiator gaurd. The bike comes with the rear seat cover in matching red and the original fender and license plate holder to put the bike completely back to stock if you like. I am selling because I have run out of time to ride and she has been sitting on her stands too much lately.

Bayliss Retires from Motorcycle Testing
Tue, 26 Jun 2012Retired World Superbike Champion Troy Bayliss announced he is retiring once again, this time from his duties as a test rider for Ducati. Bayliss, who retried from racing after winning his third WSBK title in 2008, had been working with Ducati, most notably as a test rider for the Ducati 1199 Panigale. Bayliss tweeted (@TroyBaylisstic) his intention to no longer test on June 23, just hours after beating Valentino Rossi in the finals of the Diavel drag race at World Ducati Week 2012.
1199 TerraCorsa
Fri, 25 Oct 2013Looking like something from Mission Impossible II, this 1199 Panigale S has been given the off-road treatment by MotoCorsa, a Ducati dealer based across the pond in Portland. The bike features a Desert Storm paint job, a stock 1199 exhaust and a custom crash guard. MotoCorsa’s General Manager Arun Sharma said that they “dropped the forks as low as we could in the triple and raised the shock’s ride height as much as possible; the idea being to max out the ground clearance.”“There’s all these guys saying ‘that’s so stupid’ or ‘why would you ruin a good bike like that?’ Well, why not just have some fun and be silly?”The bike’s been taken on a 1200 mile adventure and apparently performed faultlessly across all kinds of terrain. MotoCorsa plan to make another video where the bike is taken off-road again, then driven into the garage before being prepared for a track day.
Ducati Reports 43% Growth in North America
Thu, 19 Jan 2012Ducati North America announced growth of 43% in 2011 compared to 2010, resulting in the Bologna company’s largest ever market share in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The announcement reinforces claims made by Ducati Chief Executive Officer Gabriele Del Torchio last September: North America has replaced Italy as Ducati’s #1 market. Ducati attributes its growth to the popularity of the Diavel and Mulistrada in North America.
