Selling this 2014 Ducati 899 Panigale. Motorcycle has an Akrapovic exhaust and rear Ohlins TTX shock. Motorcycle has 6,088 miles and starts up and runs fine. It needs a few things as mentioned above in the condition description. This motorcycle was downed by previous owner and issued a salvage title. It has replacement parts now and passed a state inspection to be road legal again. Motorcycle was issued Rebuilt Salvage title and is registered for road use. I can sign this title right over to buyer after payment is complete. I am only selling because I have too many motorcycles and some have to go. AMA to Combine Daytona Sportbike and Supersport Classes in 2015
Wed, 04 Dec 2013AMA Pro Racing announced plans to combine its Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes into a single category by the 2015 season. The two classes currently share many similarities including engine displacement regulations, minimum weight limits and eligible machines. The Supersport class has more restrictions on modifications and are limited to a maximum top speed of 165 mph while Daytona Sportbike machines are allowed to reach speeds up to 170 mph.

Mon, 27 Aug 2012The historic race first-ever World Superbike Championship round in Russia provided plenty of drama with several top riders crashing out of both races and a new leader emerge in the chase for the 2012 WSBK Championship. Superpole qualifying made for four different manufacturers lining up in the first row of the grid, with Carlos Checa taking pole position for Althea Ducati ahead of Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes, Aprilia‘s Eugene Laverty and BMW rider Leon Haslam. A slightly damp and unfamiliar track likely contributed to a number of crashes and collisions.
