2012 Ducati Superbike 1199 PANIGALE in EXCELLENT condition. Second owner, 2280 miles only! VERY LOW MILEAGE Almost stock with a few tasteful upgrades - Carbon fiber in all right the right places. I purchased the bike in July of 2014 and at the time it had only 300 miles. It has only been ridden for pleasure and never on a track or raced. This bike will be greatly missed and the only reason I am selling is to finance another Tesla. Adult-owned, ridden and maintained. Needs nothing, but a new home. This bike has always been stored in a climate-controlled garage, has never been dropped. Rare opportunity to own a special bike for a really low price. The price is firm and low only to sell quick. All maintenance records have been maintained through Ducati Vermont and the bike recently traveled in an enclosed trailer to North Carolina where I have only ridden it on three occasions. Ducati Restructures Presence in India, Cutting Ties with Distributor Precision Motor
Wed, 11 Dec 2013Ducati announced it is ending its relationship with importer Precision Motor and setting up its own operations in India. Precision Motors has been Ducati’s official importer since 2008, but the relationship has soured recently with reports of poor customer service and delays in deliveries. Ducati will now begin establishing its own dealer network in India, likely relying on the resources of parent company Audi and other Volkswagen Group brands.
Effenbert Liberty Signs McCormick to Ride Ducati 1199 Panigale in 2012 World Superstock Championship
Mon, 12 Dec 2011Czech racing team Effenbert-Liberty has signed reigning Canadian Superbike Champion Brett McCormick to ride the new Ducati 1199 Panigale in the 2012 World Superstock 1000 FIM Cup. McCormick won the Canadian championship this season riding the BMW S1000RR, and he’ll be one of the first racers to compete on the Ducati 1199 Panigale which will make its world championship racing debut in the upcoming World Superstock season. The Panigale will be available to Superstock racers this season but won’t make its debut in the World Superbike class until 2013.
