Ducati Superbike description
Bike purchased by original owner in summer of 2012, then purchased by me in the summer of 2014 with 3,100 miles on it. Bike is paid off with clean title in hand. Bike has never been down. Tires have about 35% life left on them. Master cylinder has been replaced under warranty at Ducati Seattle in summer of 2015. The bike has a full Termignoni system installed (stock exhaust on hand and comes with this sale). The Termignoni System was purchased off a different crashed bike and thus has a small scrape on the right side exhaust can underneath side. Aftermarket parts include heated handgrips, tail tidy, and battery tender wiring. When parked, the bike is ALWAYS on rear stand with battery tender plugged in. Rossi Reveals Ducati Desmosedici GP12
Mon, 30 Jan 2012Valentino Rossi has released the first photograph of the factory Ducati Desmosedici GP12 ahead of the MotoGP pre-season test at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. The Doctor and Ducati teammate Nicky Hayden will test the GP12 alongside the other MotoGP teams and their race bikes this week to prepare for the upcoming 2012 season. The GP12 is said to be made of 90% new components, including an aluminum frame, a conventional design for most MotoGP teams but new for Ducati coming off of the ultimately unsuccessful carbon monocoque design.

Tue, 29 May 2012Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points.
