Ducati Superbike description

Selling my non abs Panigale S. In new condition, with $4500 worth of aftermarket parts. Losing my job on return to the states, don't want the payment. Was only able to ride it for 2 weeks while on vacation in August. Beautiful bike all around, fast, serious head turner, sexiest bike in production. Comes with full race Termignoni exhaust (ceramic coated black), carbon clutch cover, smoked puig windscreen and fender eliminator kit. Hate to sell, just asking for payoff amount. I'm currently in Afghanistan, so if interested, send a message. Bike is in Michigan.

It's official: Ducati's Diavel IS a cruiser

Wed, 05 Mar 2014

OKAY, it's not official. But a deserving way to gain a moniker you don't like is to go around telling people not to call you it - and Ducati has just released this promo video for the new Diavel titled 'Don't call me a cruiser'. So it's officially forever a cruiser to us.

Report: Ducati Sold to Audi for US$1.13 Billion

Tue, 17 Apr 2012

Reuters is reporting Audi has reached a deal with Investindustrial to acquire Ducati for a price of 860 million euros (US$1.13 billion). Citing two unnamed sources familiar with the deal, Reuters reports the purchase price includes Ducati‘s debts, estimated by one of those sources at below 200 million euros (US$262.6 million). As previously reported, the deal will be officially announced April 18, ahead of the annual shareholders meeting for Audi’s parent company, the Volkswagen Group.

848 Challenge heads to Holland

Thu, 12 May 2011

This weekend sees riders and teams heading across the North Sea to the famous Assen TT circuit for Round 2 of the Rapid Solicitors Ducati 848 Challenge. After two stunning opening races at Brands Hatch BSB three weeks ago, the expectation is that the racing will be similarly closely fought and exciting at the historical home of bike racing. Leon Morris left Brands with a double win, continuing his strong form from last season and will no doubt be the man to beat in Assen, while Darren Fry, the current Champion, will hope for better luck this weekend after breaking his coccyx at Brands Hatch in a heavy crash. But the Buildbase/JHP Ducati team-mates will be wary of the challenge from Mike’Spike’ Edwards (MSKWorks.com), who will be riding his upgraded Ducati 848EVO for the first time this weekend, and Mark Cheetham (Shorrocks Motorcycles) and Kenny Gilbertson (Art of Racing/Boast Plumbing) who were the main challengers for podium finishes three weeks ago.
