While providing significant weight savings of more than 3kg (6.5lbs), this method also ensures consistent wall thickness and increased strength. Fri, 22 Jul 2011Ducati North America announced a 61% increase in sales over the second quarter of 2011 compared to the same period in 2010. Following the 68% increase reported from the first quarter, Ducati can claim four consecutive quarters of year-on-year increases in North America. Over the first six months of 2011, Ducati‘s North American sales are up 63% from the first half of 2010, with over 5,200 new motorcycles registered.
