  This listing is for a 2009 Ducati 1198, this bike is in excellent condition! We performed an oil change. We have gone through the bike top to bottom and it rides as good as it looks. This bike does not come with any warranty , if you would like to come down and see the bike please call us first since it is located at a different location for storage. Ducati pulled the wraps off of a new liquid-cooled Monster model. The Ducati Monster 1200 is powered by the 1198cc 11-degree Testastretta dual-spark engine that also powered the company’s last-generation superbike. Ducati will produce two versions, a base model and a higher-spec S model.

Gilbertson gains ground at Thruxton as Rapid Solicitors 848 Challenge provides more thrilling racing. Round 3 of the Rapid Solicitors Ducati 848 Challenge again provided some exciting racing over the Bank Holiday weekend at  Thruxton with Kenny Gilbertson and Chris Northover taking a race win each. Race one With the weather threatening, Leon Morris (Buildbase/JHP Ducati) got a great start and led the field into the first turn and up through Allard.

Race 1: Race 1 produced another memorable 848 Challenge race, with Mike Edwards (MSKworks.com) in determined mood to record his first race victory of the season. But Kenny Gilbertson (AOR/Boast Plumbing), Leon Morris, and Robbie Brown (Ducati Manchester) were to push him all the way, with the front four riders each having held the lead by the half way point. Further back Mark Cheetham (Shorrocks Motorcycles) was trading places with ex-Champion Darren Fry (JHP/Buildbase Ducati) with Aaron Brown (Ladybirds Ducati) and Ricky Holden (Holden Racing) less that a second apart.
