2009 Ducati Superbike 1198 S, Up for sale is my like-new condition, never been dropped or crashed Ducati 1198. No scratches or damage, always stored inside a climate controlled garage. All servicing done by Ducati dealer. Frequent oil changes with fully synthetic oil. New Michelin Pilot Pure tires. This bike has the following add-ons: newest style Termignioni half system, crash protection in the form of frame sliders, bar end sliders, front rear axle sliders, anodized aluminum Rizzo reservoir caps on all 3 reservoirs, real carbon fiber tank protector, Ducati factory solo cowl, passenger seat and foot pegs, and Pazzo levers. 848 Challenge returns to Brands

The Ducati 848 Challenge returns for another season of fast and furious action as the series opens this Easter weekend at Brands Hatch at the start of the British Superbike Championship. The 848 Challenge was the talk of the BSB paddock last year due to the close and exciting racing that transfixed audiences throughout the eight rounds as every one of the sixteen races went down to the wire. The successful format of the Ducati 848 Challenge continues with eight rounds and sixteen races, including six British Superbike rounds and two overseas rounds.

MotoGP to Standardize ECU Software in 2016 Season

MotoGP‘s Grand Prix Commission announced the series will adopt a standardized Engine Control Unit hardware and software programming for all entries starting with the 2016 season. At the moment, all teams are required to use a standard ECU hardware supplied by Magneti Marelli. Teams competing under the Factory option are allowed to use their own proprietary software programming while Open option participants must use standardized software.

2014 Hesketh 24 Officially Launched

British brand Hesketh has officially launched its limited edition tribute to its Formula 1 roots and the start of a new generation of motorcycles. The Hesketh 24 was originally supposed to be ready in February but after encountering some delays, the 1950cc V-Twin is ready to go. Hesketh is only producing 24 units, but the company says it has plans for a two-seat sport-touring model based on the same platform.
