You are bidding on a 2009 Ducati 848 SuperBike. I am the 2nd owner of this bike and this bike has never been raced, tracked, or abused in any kind of way. The bike has 11,061 mile on it right now and it's completely dead stock. Has not been modified at all and has no been dropped at all. Has no physical damage at all as you can see in the pics. You will have a hard time finding a Ducati in this good of condition. Bike was always babied. I'm only selling because I'm moving away and can't take the bike with me. My loss is your gain. Has a completely clean title and I will be adding the VIN to the auction later when I get home and have the documentation. You are truly going to love this bike, nothing beats a Ducati. Runs like a beast and I am sincerely going to miss it. Still tons of riding left this Fall or if you live somewhere warm you can ride this beauty year round and I will envy you. 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale S Receives FIM Superstock Homologation
Thu, 01 Mar 2012It was only a matter of time but finally the news is official: the 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale S has been added to the list of homologated motorcycles for the Superstock 1000 Cup The Panigale was noticeably absent from the initial homologation list the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released a couple of weeks ago. Now, with a month until the 2012 Superstock 1000 Cup starts at Italy’s Imola circuit, the 1199 has been cleared to complete. The delay was merely a formality however, and teams such as Effenbert-Liberty Racing have already begun testing the Ducati 1199 Panigale S in racing trim.

Tue, 12 Jun 2012Max Biaggi strengthened his hold on the 2012 World Superbike Championship lead with a pair of wins at Italy’s Misano circuit. The Aprilia rider out-battled the Althea Ducati duo of Carlos Checa and Davide Giugliano to win Race One before taking a relatively easier Race Two victory. Before the races, WSBK riders lined up on the starting grid to hold a banner expressing their support for the Emilia region in northern Italy which has been suffering from earthquakes and continuing aftershocks since late May.
